Pre-season Training 2022
This year, Trainer Tim has put together a pre-season, structured, strength and conditioning program specific to netball. 10 sessions over 5 weeks - Thursday and Sunday at 4.30pm for JPM only
Commencing 20th Janurary.
Sessions: Predominately at Halliday Park, but other locations may be included (eg: Beach, Gym session)
- Qualified strength & conditioning coach, and netball coaches
- Post workout snacks supplied
- Hydration during workout
- Resistance band to keep
- Free access to nutritionist and strapping education session
- Parents welcome
